c999a883bd perf(sg2002): integrate zero-copy H.264 capture 
Move frame ownership and zero-copy VENC handling into the tracked MMF
and Vision sources instead of relying on a preload hook. Keep the sensor
name mapping aligned with middleware enums and release deferred VI frames
safely across encoder lifecycle changes.

70f8503cbb fix: prevent OLED sleep duration truncation (#834) 
OLED sleep settings are stored as seconds, but the kvm_system reader parsed the value into a uint8_t before assigning it to the uint16_t state field. Values above 255 seconds wrapped, so 5 min, 10 min, 30 min, and 1 hour did not behave as selected.

Parse the setting into a uint16_t-sized temporary value and terminate the read buffer before atoi so all configured durations up to 3600 seconds are preserved.

Closes #826

f05467f45c Fix oled_sleep_param only retaining lowest 8-bits of value 
providing oled_sleep_param with a 16-bit value (i.e. >256), results unpredictable display sleep times as only the low 8-bits are retained due to uint8_t (i.e. 5 minutes 300 seconds; shuts off in ~44s /  300s - 256s), this patch switches to uint16_t which should allow for up to sleeps of up to 65535 seconds.

WiFi version:
Only display the corresponding IP when either ETH or WiFi is present;
otherwise, both IPs will alternate.

99d1fc0a64 Modify the method for retrieving I-frames in H.264. 
Use a single data packet to replace the SPS + PPS + I three packets retrieval.

d9a19e132a Add stop ping mode 
Before starting the program, execute touch /etc/kvm/stop_ping to stop pinging the gateway for network detection (test functionality).

7795191a46 Query the status information of the network section using the Linux system API. 
After testing, calling the system API still cannot effectively detect the insertion/removal of the ETH cable; modifications were made only to the status retrieval part.
