Update steps:
1. Connect the device to a PC via USB; the device will appear as a removable disk (USB drive).
2. Open that drive, move the firmware package to the root directory of the USB drive, then perform “Safely Remove / Eject / Unmount” on the PC to unmount the drive (do not unplug).
3. At this point the device will continue to operate normally while the update runs in the background. It is expected to automatically reboot after about 20–25 seconds. During reboot there will be a black screen for approximately 15 seconds while the update finalizes; afterward the normal boot screen will appear and the device will start up.
**Warning: Keep the device powered until it boots normally; do not cut power. If the device becomes bricked as a result, contact official support for return/exchange.**

更新方法如下：
1. USB 连接到 PC，设备会以可移动磁盘（U 盘）方式弹出。
2. 打开该 U 盘，将固件包移动到 U 盘根目录，然后在电脑上执行“安全移除/卸载/弹出”以取消挂载（切勿拔线）
3. 此刻设备还是保持正常工作，但后台是在升级的，预计 20 到 25 秒后会自动重启，重启过程会黑屏 15 秒左右完成升级收尾操作，之后就会正常显示开机画面并正常开机。
**警告：在正常开机之前务必保持供电，不得断电，不然因此导致设备变砖是需要联系官方进行退换的。**
