docs(nanokvm-go): convert static documentation images to WebP
Convert 38 PNG and JPG assets to WebP and update their references in the Chinese and English documentation. Updated pages: - Introduction - FRP - Static IP - Tailscale - System flashing - System updating Replace the introduction device photo with the new NanoKVM Go usage image. Keep the existing animated GIF files unchanged. Reduce the converted image assets from approximately 3.44 MB to 1.03 MB while preserving their original dimensions.
