Correct set tailscale setting
...
before tailscaled is up, we just get an error running tailscale set command, so moved the command after the tailscaled is up.
also added example how to set the nanoKVM as your exit-node for the local network

To prevent some regions from not receiving the update package, add some DNS servers. However, please note that after setting a static IP, the /etc/resolv.conf file will be overwritten, and the old file will be stored as /etc/resolv.conf.old.
