docs(nanokvm-go): add homepage card

Add the NanoKVM Go product card, normalized homepage image, and Kickstarter purchase link.

The layout locale files are updated by teedoc's i18n extraction because the new card adds translatable strings and shifts nanokvm.html source line references.
