Merge branch 'feat_uvc_gadget'
1. feat: add uvc_tool.sh for uvc_gadget configfs mount and unmount. 2. feat: use uvc-gadget-server.elf to handle with uvc_gadget and provide shm to update framebuffer. 3. fix: expand img size to 1.5GB for additional files to be able to embedded in. 4. fix: high CPU usage for select unneeded dfds while !udev->is_streaming
